Soil

The vines benefit from the southern sunshine as well as the purifying Mistral wind. The three and a half hectare vineyard has a rich soil with clay and chippings on a sandy subsoil. The vineyard is terraced facing south to south-east.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Total acidity: 3,8 g/l
Total SO2: 30 mg/l

Grape variety

Grenache - Cinsault - Syrah.

Vinemaking

Picked mainly by hand early in the morning, the grapes first have a low temperature maceration before fermentation et 16°C. Maturing in a tank on fine lees.

Tasting

An easy-drinking fruity wine with raspberry and blackberry flavours. To be served with all light meals.

Production

3000 Bourgogne Tradition bottles, in cases of 6 or 12 bottles.

To be served with

Excellent as an aperitif and with barbecue, asiatic and spicy food, soft cheese and with fruity and chocolate desserts. To drink at 10°C.
