Côtes du Rhône - Red wine
These vines have the benefits of the Southern sunshine as well as a purifying mistral. Three and a half hectares situated on a rich and fresh soil, composed by clay on a sandy bottom, scattered by chippings.
Spread out over terraces with a South, South-East position.
Mainly handpicked, a cold maceration, followed by a release, then fermentation at a temperature between 24 and 28°C, with regular over-pumping.
Maturing in a tank, on fine lees.
This round, grenat colored wine, combines spicy and candied fruit aromas.
A generous blending with smooth tanins. Blended by three grape varieties : Grenache, Carignan and Counoise.
To be served with
To drink with barbecue, stuffed vegetables, Daube Provencale and other Southern French specialities, as well as with most of cheeses.
