Côtes du Rhône

Côtes du Rhône redOracle

A bit of Counoise? Sure, why not…

An unusual blend incorporating Counoise, one of the Rhône Valley’s traditional older varietals. Crisp, crunchy ripe fruit, baking spices and velvety-smooth tannins; perfect balance, with an extended, minerally, slightly saline finish.

Côtes du Rhône whiteOracle

A gentle touch of freshness in a harsh world…
Deliciously refreshing, Oracle white is packed with citrus fruit and white flowers, leading smoothly into rich minerality on the finish.

Côtes du Rhône roséOracle

What could be better on a hot day?
An absolute treat, with sweet, tangy strawberries and raspberries. Delightfully fresh and easy-drinking.

Lirac redTrinité

I need sunshine, give me sunshine!
Bathed in sun and cleansed by the Mistral, a vivid Lirac with depth and balance. Intense flavours of red fruit blend with scents of the garrigue, gradually melding together to give a long, spicy finish.

Lirac whiteTrinité

Admirable balance.
Smooth, soft and fresh; flavours of tropical fruit and quince balanced by a zesty, elegant and slightly saline mouthfeel, giving a gratifying sensation of completeness.

Lirac redL’avant goût du paradis

The aptly-named ‘Foretaste of Paradise’ is a tribute to the Missionary Brothers of the Holy Family.
The casks in which this wine ages bear the inscription ‘Ce vin nous donne un avant-goût du Paradis’ – ‘this wine gives us a foretaste of paradise’. A powerful, elegant wine with black fruit, liquorice and spices, soft, velvety tannins and a long, lingering finish. Des tanins de velours et une très belle longueur.

A Château de Manissy classic.
Brimming with freshness and delicious flavours, Trinité is quintessentially ‘Tavel’ in character, crammed with juicy red berries (strawberries and raspberries) lifted by a touch of grapefruit and citrus zest.

TavelTête de cuvée

Over 100 years old already!
Tête de Cuvée was the first wine to be made by the Château. Fashions have come and gone, but its label remains unchanged, and Tête de Cuvée is still made in the same traditional way. This is a timeless wine with glorious aromas of candied fruit, spice and caramel. Delicious flavours, excellent length.

A top-flight Château de Manissy.
A gastronomic wine perfect for pairing with food, well-coloured, powerful and complex. Langoustière is named after one of our finest Tavel terroirs, planted with some of our oldest vines. The vineyard shelters a spring, filled, legend has it, with langoustes (crayfish) – hence the name.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape redTrinité

The power and finesse of a truly great wine.

A tiger waiting to pounce: gentle and sleek to look at, its power almost palpable, yet walking on paws of velvet. Then an explosion of black fruit: cassis, blackberries, black cherries and notes of roasting coffee, all fully expressed in a beautifully long finish.

Domaine Terre Davau is a winegrowing estate in the village of Roque sur Cèze, officially one of the most beautiful villages in France. The estate is named for the herb savory, a medicinal plant growing freely in the area and once known locally as ‘davau’. The domaine’s historic south-facing vineyards grow on terraces ascending a gentle slope, and have been in the Château de Manissy winemaker’s family for six generations, on his mother’s side. The grapes are vinified on the Château de Manissy site.
